Personal background
I was born in Australia, and have lived in New Zealand since 1996. I am married with three adult children, and have been enjoying the arrival of grandchildren since 2017. To help maintain a sense of my own wellbeing, I love to walk in the bush and along the beach; and practising meditation has been an important balancer for me, since I was a young adult. I enjoy small indulgences such as going to the movies in the day, reading a good book, drinking a freshly brewed latte and eating good food. I cherish time with family, friends and the family dog Ollie (a most gorgeous Maltipoo).
