I was born in Australia, and have lived in New Zealand since 1996. I am married with three children, ranging in age from early teens to adult. To help maintain a sense of wellbeing, I love to walk in the bush or by the beach and have practiced mindfulness for more than 20 years. I enjoy small indulgences such as going to the movies in the day, a good book and a freshly brewed latte. I cherish time with family, friends and the family dog; and delight in eating good food with fine NZ wine.
